NEW RETURN PROCESS
We are making things easier for you! From now on we have a new online return process. You can now arrange your return fully online! Read here how this new return process works.
1. Go to ‘My orders’ in your Yehwang account and select the order that you’re not happy with or wish to return.
2. Then hit the ‘Returns Application’ button and fill in the product quantity and return reason. In case you submit a return request because you received a defective or incorrect item it will be mandatory to attach a picture of this item on the bottom of this page.
3. After you submit your return request you will be able to retrieve this order in the ‘Returns’ section within ‘My orders’. If you click on ‘Remarks / Details’ you will see what you entered in your request. We will get back to you by email within 3 working days after submitting your request.
4. You will also notice that the status of your request will have changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’. If your request has been rejected, you can adjust your request and re-submit it. If your request is approved, you will be notified whether products need to be returned to us or not.
5. In case products do need to be returned to us this needs to be done within the following 7 days. Please fill in the courier name and tracking number in your return request.
6. After the products have been received by us, store credit plus any possible shipping fees will be issued to your Yehwang account within 3 working days. In case defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned to us store credit will be issued immediately. You will then see that your request has been completed and that the status has been changed to ‘Refund successful’.
